ፍለጋ በየመን…ወዳጄ የሀገር ሰው የት ይሆን የታሰርከው?

ትላንት ነው አስደንጋጭ ዜና የሰማሁት፡፡ ስለ አቶ አንዳርጋቸው ጽጌ በየመን መታሰር፡፡ ከምር በጣም ደንግጫለሁ፡፡
የመን ያለውን ሁኔታ ስለምኖርበት በደንብ አውቀዋለሁ፡፡ የመን አሁን ያሉም በፊት የኖሩም በትክክል ያውቁታል፡፡
ድንጋጤዬን እንደያዝኩ በተለያየ ሀሳብ እና መላምት ስታትር፣ ነግቶ የት እንዳለ ለመፈለግ የት የት ሄጄ መፈለግ
እንዳለብኝ ውስጤ በእቅድ ስነድፍ ቆየሁ፡፡ እቅዴ ተወስኖ ሳያልቅ ከተለያየ አቅጣጫ የሚያውቁኝ ጉዳዩ ያሳሰባቸው
ሰዎች ተንቀሳቃሽ ስልኬ(ሞባይሌ) ላይ እየደወሉ ስለሁኔታው ይጠይቁኛል፡፡ የማውቀው እንደሌለ እና ምን ማድረግ
እንደምችል ግራ እንደገባኝ ከመንገር ውጭ መልስ አጣሁ፡፡ ከተለያዩ መገናኛ ብዙሀን ለሚደወልልኝም መልስ አጠረኝ፡፡
ሌሊቱ እስኪጋመስ ድንጋጤዬ አለቀቀኝም፡፡ የድንጋጤዬ መንስኤ ሶስት ነገር ነበር፡፡
1ኛ፡- የመን እንደገባሁ ተይዤ እስር ቤቶቹን ስላየኋቸው፡፡ እኔን አንድ ጋዜጠኛ ወደ ሀገሬ ለመመለስ ‹‹ወኪል
ኒያባ›› የሚባለው ፍርድ ቤት እስከማቆም የወያኔ ካድሬዎች ያደረጉትን በማሰብ…
2ኛ፡- ከኢትዮጵያ ውጭ የወያኔ ካድሬዎች እንደልብ ከሚንቀሳቀሱባቸው ሀገሮች የመን የመጀመሪያዋ እና በሺህ የሚቆጠሩ
ካድሬዎች ያሉባት በመሆንዋ…
3ኛ፡- የመንና ኢትዮጵያ እ.አ.አቆጣር ከ2004 ጀምሮ በየአመቱ የሚታደስ ወንጀለኛ የመለዋወጥ የሁለትዮሽ ስምምነት
ያላቸው በመሆኑ ነው ድንጋጤዬ ልክ ያጣው፡፡
ባሰብኩት መሰረት ፍለጋዬን ለመቀጠል በዛሬው እለት ጠዋት…የኢሳቱ ጋዜጠኛ ፋሲል የኔአለም ጋር በመደወል መታሰሩን
ሲሰሙ የታሰረበትን እስር ቤት ሰምተው እንደሆነ ጠየኩኝ፡፡ ምንም ፍንጭ የለም ትራንዚት ሲያደርግ መያዙን ብቻ ነው
የሚያውቁት፡፡ ፍለጋዬን ከሚግሬሽን እስር ቤት ጀመርኩ፡፡ ሞባይል ስልኬ ግን በሁኔታው የተጨነቁ ሰዎች ሲደውሉ
ተጨናንቆ ዋለ፡፡ ኢሚግሬሽን እስር ቤት አስፈልጌ የለም፡፡ ወደ ኤርፖርት በመሄድ እዛው ባለው ጊዜያዊ እስር ቤት
ታስሮ ከሆነ አስጠየኩ፡፡ የለም፡፡ በመቀጠል የደህንነት ቢሮ በእነሱ አጠራር ‹‹አምንስቲያሲ..›› ሄጄ የሚታወቅ
ነገር እንዳለ ጠየኩ፡፡ የረመዳን ጾም በመሆኑ የፍጡር ሰዓት ደርሷል እና ከፈለክ ክፍጡር በኋላ ካልሆነም ነገ ጠዋት

ILLEGAL DETENTION OF ANDARGATCHEW TSIGE

Andargatchew Tsige,
the secretary of the Ginbot 7 M
ovement
(opposition) has been intercepted by Yemeni authorities at
Sana'a airport and detained for a reason that has not been
made
public by them. Andargatchew was on his way to another
country.
Andargatchew Tsige had been condemned to death in abstentia
by a kangaroo court in Addis Abeba and his movement declared
a terrorist organization. If deported, he will face a serious
threat t
o his life. Yemen has acted illegally by detaining
Andargatchew as he has done nothing against Yemen and was
not even trying to enter the country.
SOCEPP strongly condemns the Yemeni authorities for a
possible conspiracy with the repressive regime in Addi
s Abeba
and for the illegal detaining of Andargatchew. SOCEPP calls on
Ethiopians in the Diaspora to mobilize fast and wide for his
immediate release.

3. Even G7 or G7PF has never have a goal or plan to target Yemen for any matter

The people of Ethiopia are Shocked and disappointed over the illegal
detention of Andargachew Tsige, Secretary General of Ginbot7 Movement
for Justice, Freedom and Democracy by Yemen security forces during his
transit flight in Yemen.
Mr. Andargachew is an Ethiopian origin and British citizen who has been
struggling for prevalence of democracy in Ethiopia. He has devoted
himself to the true cause of Ethiopian people, the inevitable desire for
democracy. Though foiled successfully, the criminal dictatorial regime
in Ethiopia has attempted to assassinate the leader Andargachew in
November 2013. Mr. Andargachew is hero for Ethiopian people and is one
of the icons of democracy in the nation.
The Senna Security forum that has been signed under former president of
Yemen, Ali Abdullah Saleh and former dictator of Ethiopia Melse Zenawi
which lead TPLF to establish surveillance base in Yemen for surveillance
and phone tapping on Ethiopian opposition has been serious concern for
Ethiopian people. The illegal detention of Mr. Andargachew, by Yemen
Security forces since June 23, 2014 has no ground and is grave concern
for the people of Ethiopia. We urge the government of Yemen to
immediately free Mr. Andargachew and the Yemen security forces not to
transfer him to the criminal regime in Addis under any circumstance.
Yemen has no ground to detain Mr. Andargachew who has been tirelessly
working for prevalence of democracy in Ethiopia. We request the
government of Yemen to carefully evaluate its long term interest and
lasting cooperation with the people of Ethiopia and avoid short termism
in dealing with dictatorial regime in Ethiopia. The long historical
relationship between the people of the two sisterly nations has endured,
in spite of changing regimes, on the basis of mutual cooperation. The
people of Ethiopia considers the act of transferring Mr. Andargachew to
the dictatorial regime in Ethiopia as direct attack on its long
aspiration and struggle for genuine democracy in the nation. We hereby
request President Hadi not to take any steps that will jeopardies the
long lasting relationship between the people of the two sisterly nations
and to order the immediate release of Mr. Andargachew.

የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ተቃዋሚዎቹን፣ የሰብአዊ መብት ተሟጋቾችን፣ ጋዜጠኞችንና መንግስትን የሚተቹትን ሁሉ አስሮ የሚያሰቃይ መሆኑ በአለማቀፍ ማህበረሰብ ዘንድ የተረጋገጠ መሆኑን በመጥቀስ፣ የየመን መንግስት የአቶ አንዳርጋቸውን ተላልፎ ያለመሰጠት መብቱን እንዲያከብር ጠይቋል።

Yemen detains Ethiopian Opposition leader during transit at airport
WASHINGTON, DC - Yemeni authorities on June 24 arrested a top Ethiopian rebel group leader while he was in transit at Sanaa airport, sources said.
Andargatchew Tsige, secretary of Ginbot 7, a rebel group based in Eritrea, arrived in the Yemeni capital aboard Yemenia Airlines. He was waiting for his flight when Yemeni security men whisked him away into detention. Fears are mounting he might be extradited to Ethiopia.
The countries in the region, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Yemen, Sudan, and Djibouti are rogue states they don’t really need ‘extradition treaties’ to hand over political opponents as ‘convicted criminals.’
“Yemen should understand that any harm befalling the human rights, democracy and justice activist Andargatchew Tsige would painfully hurt the interests of the Ethiopian people who are struggling for freedom from life under the brutal TPLF regime,” the rebel group Ginbot 7 said in a statement.
“We call for his immediate release; any attempt to hand over Andargachew to the regime in Addis Ababa would irrevocably damage the age-old relations between Ethiopia and Yemen,” the rebel group said in its press release.
Andargachew’s life was checkered by arrests, tortures, and exiled life before he helped found Ginbot 7, an Eritrea-based armed group vowing to overthrow the regime in Addis by all means possible.
In June 2012, Andargachew, and other top leaders of Ginbot 7, including Ginbot 7 chairman Dr Berhanu Nega, were tried on trumped-up terrorism charges and sentenced to life in absentia.

I am disappointed and dismayed by the Illegal Detention of Ato Andargachew Tsige by the Yemen authority. We in the SMNE are very concerned about the well being of Andargachew Tsige. We are doing everything we can to urge the Yemen authority to release him immediately. We are also calling on Amnesty International, other human rights organizations and donor countries to intervene on behalf of Ato Andargachew in order to exert pressure on the Yemen regime to release him immediately. He has never committed any crime.

Open letter to Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi: President of Yemen Arab Republic July 1, 2014 The people of Ethiopia are Shocked and disappointed over the illegal detention of Andargachew Tsige, Secretary General of Ginbot7 Movement for Justice, Freedom and Democracy by Yemen security forces during his transit flight in Yemen. Mr. Andargachew is an Ethiopian origin and British citizen who has been struggling for prevalence of democracy in Ethiopia. He has devoted himself to the true cause of Ethiopian people, the inevitable desire for democracy. Though foiled successfully, the criminal dictatorial regime in Ethiopia has attempted to assassinate the leader Andargachew in November 2013. Mr. Andargachew is hero for Ethiopian people and is one of the icons of democracy in the nation. The Senna Security forum that has been signed under former president of Yemen, Ali Abdullah Saleh and former dictator of Ethiopia Melse Zenawi which lead TPLF to establish surveillance base in Yemen for surveillance and phone tapping on Ethiopian opposition has been serious concern for Ethiopian people. The illegal detention of Mr. Andargachew, by Yemen Security forces since June 23, 2014 has no ground and is grave concern for the people of Ethiopia. We urge the government of Yemen to immediately free Mr. Andargachew and the Yemen security forces not to transfer him to the criminal regime in Addis under any circumstance. Yemen has no ground to detain Mr. Andargachew who has been tirelessly working for prevalence of democracy in Ethiopia. We request the government of Yemen to carefully evaluate its long term interest and lasting cooperation with the people of Ethiopia and avoid short termism in dealing with dictatorial regime in Ethiopia. The long historical relationship between the people of the two sisterly nations has endured, in spite of changing regimes, on the basis of mutual cooperation. The people of Ethiopia considers the act of transferring Mr. Andargachew to the dictatorial regime in Ethiopia as direct attack on its long aspiration and struggle for genuine democracy in the nation. We hereby request President Hadi not to take any steps that will jeopardies the long lasting relationship between the people of the two sisterly nations and to order the immediate release of Mr. Andargachew. Yemen detains Ethiopian Opposition leader during transit at airport
WASHINGTON, DC - Yemeni authorities on June 24 arrested a top Ethiopian rebel group leader while he was in transit at Sanaa airport, sources said.
Andargatchew Tsige, secretary of Ginbot 7, a rebel group based in Eritrea, arrived in the Yemeni capital aboard Yemenia Airlines. He was waiting for his flight when Yemeni security men whisked him away into detention. Fears are mounting he might be extradited to Ethiopia.
The countries in the region, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Yemen, Sudan, and Djibouti are rogue states they don’t really need ‘extradition treaties’ to hand over political opponents as ‘convicted criminals.’
“Yemen should understand that any harm befalling the human rights, democracy and justice activist Andargatchew Tsige would painfully hurt the interests of the Ethiopian people who are struggling for freedom from life under the brutal TPLF regime,” the rebel group Ginbot 7 said in a statement.
“We call for his immediate release; any attempt to hand over Andargachew to the regime in Addis Ababa would irrevocably damage the age-old relations between Ethiopia and Yemen,” the rebel group said in its press release.
Andargachew’s life was checkered by arrests, tortures, and exiled life before he helped found Ginbot 7, an Eritrea-based armed group vowing to overthrow the regime in Addis by all means possible.
In June 2012, Andargachew, and other top leaders of Ginbot 7, including Ginbot 7 chairman Dr Berhanu Nega, were tried on trumped-up terrorism charges and sentenced to life in absentia.

I am disappointed and dismayed by the Illegal Detention of Ato Andargachew Tsige by the Yemen authority. We in the SMNE are very concerned about the well being of Andargachew Tsige. We are doing everything we can to urge the Yemen authority to release him immediately. We are also calling on Amnesty International, other human rights organizations and donor countries to intervene on behalf of Ato Andargachew in order to exert pressure on the Yemen regime to release him immediately. He has never committed any crime.
